Kreativ Insikt (Creative Insight in English) designs everyday things, all of which carry a thought about the important matters in life. Inspiring texts and beautiful pictures are complementary in bringing the message across. The vision is to spread love in the world and to inspire a more harmonious lifestyle.
Examples of our products are: books, cards, affirmation cards, morning pep talks, fridge magnets, necklaces, charms, key chains, matchboxes, bookmarks, note books, framed pictures, canvas paintings and posters. All our items are of high quality.
The company was founded in november 2003 by Carolina Gårdheim. Today some 800 retailers in Sweden (majority) and Finland sell our products. We also have a web shop of our own, and a shop of our own in the centre of Stockholm (Hornsgatan 29). Read more about the background of the company below.

"A couple of years ago I was forced to determine what was really important in my life.
Ten fundamental insights came to me, which I called my ’recollections’. Each recollection was a reminder, born out of my own personal insights and based on how I had lived my life.
To remind myself how important they were I designed everyday things to my home, each of which carried one of these insights. This way, I didn’t allow myself to have one day passing without reading my recollections. Cards, match boxes, posters filled my home.
As everybody that visited my home seemed to feel a need to comment on my work, it was obviously important to others as well.
Life went on as usual, until in 2003 two of the recollections screamed out to me: ’Listen to your heart’ and ’Follow your dreams’.
So I left my work as a consultant to write and design fulltime – a dream I had always had, but had never dared to follow. ’I am a Business school graduate, I cannot...’ But I could, and Kreativ Insikt was born. Today I write books and design everyday things, all of them with an insight, a small reminder about great things in life. I want to inspire great thoughts in the little world.”
